In order to keep everyone safe and healthy as we reopen after the COVID-19 shutdown, we will be implementing the following policies and procedures. Please note that there will be NO exceptions.

  • VACCINES. While we do not require proof of vaccination to come to class, we STRONGLY recommend you to get vaccinated. This will help keep you and our other students safe while practicing.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE). We require all students to wear masks when in the lobby and studio when walking to and from their mats. Masks are NOT required during practice.

  • CLASS SIZE. Spaces are marked off with stickers in the studio.

  • SURFACES. We are working diligently to keep surfaces clean by wiping down all countertops, door handles, bathroom fixtures, and other shared spaces with disinfectant frequently throughout the day. In addition, we will be mopping the studio floor in between each class.

  • STUDIO OPENING/CLOSING TIME. We will be strictly enforcing our studio hours. Our studios will open 15 minutes prior to class start time and close 15 minutes after, no exceptions. If you arrive any earlier than 15 minutes, you will not be let in.

  • REFUND POLICY. All sales are final. Payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

  • LATE CANCEL FEES. Please note that students will be charged a $15 late-cancel fee if they fail to arrive for class on time or do not cancel within four (4) hours before class start time (or eight hours before for 6am classes). The late cancel window for 6 am classes begins at 10 pm the night before. This fee applies to all class packages and memberships. Cancellation is only effective if made on Mindbody; please do not call to cancel your class.

  • LOST/LEFT BEHIND ARTICLES. Highland Yoga is not responsible for any personal items left behind at the studio. All such items will be removed on a regular basis.

  • STAY HOME. If you exhibit flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties or a rise in temperature, please do not come to class. If you exhibit any symptoms (including allergies) in class, we will respectfully ask that you leave the studio in the best interest of everyone’s health, safety, and peace of mind. We also ask that if you see/hear someone exhibiting symptoms (especially when the teacher may not be able to notice) that you please notify our team immediately. In addition, if you are at increased risk due to health or preexisting conditions, we encourage you to stay home.

  • ONLINE CLASSES. We will continue to stream our online classes daily. If you currently have an active unlimited, yearly, six month, or mini membership at the studio (have not paused or canceled), you receive FREE access to our online platform. Please email info@highland-yoga.com if you have not set this up yet!
