Bailey has had a passion for fitness since she was a teenager but didn’t take her first yoga class until she was in her twenties. What started off as a supplemental workout to lifting weights quickly turned into a passion. She started attending Highland Yoga in 2015 and finally understood what all of the hype was about. She attended classes regularly to bridge the gap in the physical, emotional and mental practice of yoga while also discovering what an amazing tribe Highland Yoga created.
In a search to build a stronger relationship with the yoga student community and deepen her personal practice, Bailey decided to attend yoga teacher training in the Fall of 2020. Over the course of the 200-hour program, she fell deeper in love with the idea of sharing the practice of yoga with others and decided she wanted to teach.
She aims to give her students a judgement-free space where she encourages them to find new strength in their bodies, minds and spirits. Her goal is for every student she encounters to walk away from class feeling supported, loved and empowered.
