ABOUT ME

Amanda found yoga at a time when she needed it most. She was in between jobs, facing her anxiety, and looking to renew her relationship with herself. Yoga quickly changed from a way to fill time into the place where she felt felt strong, confident, and connected. 

 

As a way to deepen her practice and her connection to the community, Amanda pursued her 200-hour training in Spring 2020 at Highland Yoga. As a teacher, she hopes to give her students exactly what yoga gave her; an opportunity to deepen the connection to themselves and the present moment. Through breath and flow-based movement, Amanda strives to support her students to become their most loving and empowered selves.
