A life-long athlete, Grace first discovered Highland Yoga after a knee injury in 2014. She found that it was the perfect complement to tennis and high intensity workouts. She was intrigued by the comprehensive feel of each class: the mindful meditation, intentional breathing, and challenging physical practice. She quickly became hooked and fell in love with the variety of teaching styles and amazing community.
Grace completed her RYT-200 with Highland Yoga in Spring of 2021 and aims to create a loving space for students to explore their practice deeper through their own breath and awareness of their body.
Grace's classes are challenging, creative, and grounding. She hopes that students will continue using the breath as an anchor in their practice, both on and off the mat.
Danielle always wanted to share the magic of yoga with her community and in Spring 2021, completed her 200-hour training at Highland Yoga. Danielle believes that yoga is for everybody. Her goal is for students to explore yoga with curiosity, have a lot of fun, and make connections between learnings on and off the mat.
