ABOUT ME

Shortly after starting her first 9 to 5, Kathryn started practicing yoga at a small neighborhood studio. After years of thinking yoga was too slow and boring for her, she was quickly proven wrong. The mat became a safe place for her to get out of the mess of her mind and come into her body, learn to trust herself, and grow in strength and resilience. A little over a year later, COVID hit and she lost her corporate job. With an open schedule, she completed her 200 HR yoga certification through the Yoga Alliance in June 2020 and immediately started teaching outdoor and online classes.

 

Kathryn believes in the power of embodiment, a felt sense of being in your body. In her classes, you can expect to be reminded of the power of your breath. You'll also find a strong focus on listening to your body and finding proper alignment. She hopes you'll find a sense of belonging on your mat and leave feeling empowered to face whatever comes your way.
