Erin first discovered yoga in 2008 when she was home from college. While it was always in the background, her practice really deepened when she discovered Highland Yoga and utilized their vinyasa style class as a moving meditation, and as a way to help cope with loss and added stress from being back in school.
Erin believes that yoga allows anyone to find a safe place to explore and express themselves, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She finally took the leap and completed my 200-hour training through Highland Yoga in the Spring of 2020, and has enjoyed bringing a deeper understanding to the practice of yoga to those she encounters in this life.
