ABOUT ME

I found yoga as a teenager. After my first class, I fell in love. I had always been very active, but there was something about yoga that was completely different. I felt more connected to my body and brain than ever before, and I knew then that this would be a lifelong practice. Over the next few years, I went through both consistent and inconsistent phases of practicing yoga.

When I moved to Atlanta for college, I began to work the front desk at several yoga studios, which helped my practice, passion, and love of yoga grow tremendously. Yoga has transformed my being and soul, helping me to stay present. I believe the community that surrounds yoga is truly a unique one, having seen how it can transform lives. It is a consistent source of calm and happiness in my life, and I wish to guide others on their yoga journey, whether they are just starting out or have 20+ years of experience.

I completed my 200hr training at Highland Yoga in the fall of 2021, and in my free time I can be found traveling, laying out in the sun, or at a coffee shop studying for school.
