Alisha’s classes are all about grounding and healing energy allowing you to let it all go. With each inhale and exhale, you will find a safe space to release all that does not serve your journey in this world to our Mother Earth who is here to care for you. Her instruction takes you deeper within where you can explore a welcoming presence in your own hearts, mind and body. She allows you to explore stretches that transform your deepest layers of the body, joints, fascia and bones.
She hopes to build a community where students can cultivate compassion, self-love and self-acceptance. She is a strong meditator and she will help you reconnect with yourself to recognize your strengths and face struggles by bringing awareness of the comfort within your body, mind and spirit. Her careful and creative instruction is a healing combination of stretches, mantras, mudras and yoga nidra allowing you to open up a different dimension of life and experience within you. This healing combination in her classes where you hold deep stretch positions can have a significant positive transformation on your peace and clarity. Ask yourself, when is the last time you let yourself to just simply be? Alisha is excited to meet you and hopefully, over time, help guide you into truly surrendering into stillness.
